While the race season is fresh in your mind, and no doubt what you want to do better for next year, we encourage our athletes to fill out a Review and Goals sheet. This process helps both the athlete and coach evaluate the year- how was the race season, what went well, what could be improved upon, how was the coaching and what could we do better to help you achieve your goals?
This review of the year and setting goals for 2015 is an important step in the athletic process. It helps your coach direct training so you see improvement, it helps find mistakes and then fix them, it also helps you as an athlete stay happy and motivated through the fall and early winter months.
