What: January Tucson Training Camp. The focus will be base miles, 3-5hrs daily and can be tailored toward individual goals and needs. As always, we will include skills training- riding in a group, time trialing, cornering, climbing, and sprinting. Each evening we will have a athlete/coach meeting and a group discussion about training, racing, nutrition, mental preparation, coffee, etc.
When: January 13-18th 2015. Travel days are the 13th and 18th (rides are optional those days depending on when flights are). We will provide airport pick-up and drop off.
Where: Tucson Arizona. Average temps in January are highs in the 60’s and low’s in the 40’s. Average rain fall– not much.
Why: Because traveling to a different environment, riding with other people, getting coached everyday, and riding 5 days straight will make you a better, stronger, and more confident bike rider.
What’s included: We will be staying in the Moonrise Condo’s. We have 3 bedroom condos, that will sleep 3 people. If you have a person you don’t mind sharing a bed with, invite them to come along and you both save $$. We will be providing breakfast, lunch, and 3 dinners. 2 dinners are on your own. We’ll have a follow car, ride food, Osmo Hydration, and Osmo Recovery, and ALP Swag for all riders. All rides will be coach lead and have a specific focus.
What’s not included: Mechanic, and massage (but we will organize a person to come to the condos for individual massage).
